About

I'm Khaled Gadhami, a principal software engineer from Tunisia. I've been shipping software for a little over twenty years — desktop tools in the Delphi days, then the web, and for the last decade mostly .NET, Angular and Azure for companies around the world, across many industries.

I lead teams, but I stay hands-on — architecture that doesn't survive contact with the code isn't architecture. These days a lot of my work is about AI-assisted delivery: making machine-written code earn its way into production the same way human-written code does.

This blog is where the lessons end up. Every post comes with a minimal runnable repo, because claims are cheap and demos aren't.
